Our family business has provided a complete funeral directing service throughout the North-East of England for the past 25 years. We provide a caring, personal and professional service with the highest attention to detail and are privileged to assist any bereaved family with free advice to help them decide upon the most appropriate arrangement to suit their needs.
Unlike what may appear to be the case with the majority of today’s High Street Funeral Directors, we are proud to remain entirely independent and not part of any chain or large corporate group and as such therefore are not answerable to shareholders where profit appears to be a prime motivating factor.

As agents for Golden Leaves, we provide their complete range of ‘pre-need’ funeral planning products. We also offer the ‘Independent Way’ pre-need funeral plan through Golden Leaves from £2999.00 for a dignified traditional cremation funeral, or for burial the cost of a grave purchase would need to be added.
Direct cremations are now available using either Pure Cremation at their Charlton Park Crematorium or locally at the new Northumberland Woodland Burial and Crematorium.
